After weeks of balancing the difficult juggle between a full-time job, the project itself, social obligations, and personal rest, the Chinchilla Plush Kickstarter is COMPLETE! 💖🐭
Thank you all for being amazing, patient backers. There were a few scares with packages getting lost along the way (thankfully nothing went missing!), and last week I was having sticker printer issues — every contact made with a backer has been pleasant, and I’m very happy to witness many of you are enjoying the chinchilla plushies! I even received some photos of real actual chinchillas with the plushies, what a true joy to see! 💕

Shipping Period Extended to July

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to provide a quick update since I last said that I aimed to have all rewards shipped out by end of June. While significant progress has been made (1/3 orders left!), I have to announce that the packaging & shipping period is extended to July. I underestimated the time it takes to fulfill orders all by myself while balancing a full-time job and general life things. I hope you understand and thank you always for waiting so patiently. ❤️

I am updating that officially more than half of the Kickstarter orders have been shipped out. We are so close to finishing this project! If you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, please look out for it and it should be coming your way anytime soon!
If you have received your chinchilla rewards, I encourage you to share the pictures and tag me on social media as I would loooove to see them! I hope they make you happy. 💖

The chinchilla plushies are here! All rewards in the campaign have officially arrived. 😊
We will now be entering the packaging phase of the Kickstarter. Now that the plushies have arrived, we will be locking addresses in a couple of days, so please update your addresses ASAP if there’ve been any changes. I will provide more updates as I package the orders.

Plushies Finally Shipped! + Delay Info

Hi everyone! I hope you’ve all been doing well!
The chinchilla plushies are at last getting shipped to me. I was notified by the manufacturer that it will take 30-35 working days for them to reach me. This will mean overall project fulfillment has been pushed back to around May-June 2022. In case you missed it in my earlier updates, our first delay happened late January-early February, when our manufacturers had holiday breaks for the New Lunar Year. Another delay seemed to happened in the midst of quality inspecting and packing, as it took some extra time to ensure that all the plushies were perfect and ready to come home.
I apologize for the delays, the project has definitely taken longer than expected. But I'm excited to finally reach the next stage. I can’t thank you all enough for your patience with this project. Please reach out to me at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
